  • Prices: Prices are in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping fees.

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on carrier and destination.

3. Orders
Orders can only be placed online via our website.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors or unavailable products, with a full refund.

4. Payment
Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or via other methods available on the site (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
Payment is charged at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer once the items are handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or our error.

Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days.
Personalized or custom products are non-refundable unless defective or sent in error.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages related to purchasing our products.
Products comply with current European standards.

All content (illustrations, photos, texts) on the site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
