Refund policy

1. Scope
This return and refund policy applies to all physical products sold on www.lamonitastudio.fr, operated by Audrey Bourget, and delivered within the European Union and internationally.

By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European law, customers residing in the EU have 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (email or contact form), specifying:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) concerned

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Made-to-order or personalized products (specific formats, limited editions printed on demand, custom adaptations, etc.)

  • Products returned damaged, soiled, or incomplete

  • Products returned without their original packaging when it is essential for product protection

These exceptions are in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

4. Return Conditions & Procedure
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transit

Before returning any item, customers must contact customer service at contact@lamonitastudio.fr with:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) concerned

  • Reason for the return

Once the request is approved, return instructions and the address will be provided.

Return Costs:

  • For withdrawal returns (14-day EU right), the customer covers return shipping costs.

  • Exception: if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or sent in error, return or reshipping costs are covered by the seller.

Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Items returned outside this procedure may be refused.

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors
If a product is received:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or not as ordered

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Order number

After verification, a replacement or refund will be offered at no additional cost.

6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Initial shipping costs are only refunded for valid EU withdrawals (standard shipping only)

No refund will be issued until the returned product is received.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed. They may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability and product type.

8. Non-Returnable Products
Except in cases of defect or proven error, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or on-demand printed products

  • Promotional or discounted products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
