Refund policy

1. Scope of Application

This return and refund policy applies to all physical products sold on the website www.lamonitastudio.fr, operated by Audrey Bourget, and delivered within the European Union and internationally.

By confirming an order on the website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European legislation, customers residing in the European Union have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision using this withdrawal form.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products made to order or personalized (specific formats, limited editions printed on demand, custom adaptations, etc.)
  • Products returned damaged, soiled, or incomplete
  • Products returned without their original packaging when such packaging is an essential part of the product’s protection

These exceptions are provided for in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

4. Return Conditions and Procedure

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be new and unused, in the same condition as when received
  • be carefully packaged, preferably in its original packaging, to avoid damage during transport

Before returning any product, the customer must contact customer service via this withdrawal form and provide:

  • the order number
  • the product(s) concerned
  • the reason for the return

Once the request is approved, the return address and detailed instructions will be provided to the customer.

Return fees:

  • In the case of a withdrawal (EU 14‑day right), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exception: if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or delivered in error, return or reshipment costs will be covered by the seller.

The return must be made within 14 days following the withdrawal notification. Any item returned without following the procedure may be refused.

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If a product arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or not in conformity with the order

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing:

  • clear photos of the product and packaging
  • the order number

After verification, a replacement or refund will be offered at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method
  • Initial shipping costs are refunded only in the case of a withdrawal compliant with European law (standard shipping only)

No refund will be issued until the returned product has been received.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed.
They may be offered on a case‑by‑case basis, depending on stock availability and the nature of the product.

8. Non‑returnable Products

Unless defective or sent in error, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or made‑to‑order products
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
